Wines of

Maule Valley

Our fields are located 260 kilometres –162 miles– south of Santiago, in the wine region of Maule Valley, also well-known as the "cradle of Chilean wine", proud to be the Chilean valley with the strongest wine tradition.

The historical production of this cold river valley, located between the Andes and the Cordillera de la Costa –Coastal Range–, goes back to the time of the Spanish conquerors, who already cultivated grapes in the XVI century.

The special conditions of the valley are: a Mediterranean climate with rainy winters and dry summers and acidic and clay soils, which reduce productivity, but increase the quality of the grapes, making this the perfect terroir to produce high quality wines.
